3 Days To Understanding Your Core And Engaging It Effectively!

Feeling out of touch with your body, like your core is weak, or needing to press reset on your fitness journey? In this mini-video-program I’ll guide you to reconnect with your core and breath. After a few minutes a day for just 3 days you’ll know how to engage your deep core, and be ready to re-start your fitness journey.

You don’t need to fight with your body and lock your core down to keep your spine stable!

You should have subtle and nuanced control of your core – the appropriate amount to move fluidly and safely, to protect your spine, to moderate pressure down into your pelvis (preventing later health complications like pelvic prolapse…), and to generate power and transfer power from top to bottom and bottom to top. This starts with being able to relax your core, and learning to re-sync core and breath.

After the 3 days of this program, you’ll know what that correct core engagement feels like in your body, and you’ll be ready to start to build core strength and explore core engagement further in exercise programs.

You’ll be confident that you know how to engage your deep core – which will mean better form, more fun, fewer injuries.
