1. RETURNS
1.1 Once you have received digital content or accessed a digital program, we do not accept returns of digital products including all digital content and digital programs, except in the case of gross defects or misrepresentation. Please see exceptions for individual programs as listed below.
1.2 If you believe the digital content is defective or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange. We will review your request and respond within ten (10) South African business days.
2. REFUNDS
2.1 After receiving your refund request and confirming its validity, we will process your refund.
Please allow at least ten (10) South African business days from the receipt of your item or receipt of your cancellation request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
3. ADDITIONAL CLAUSES AND EXCEPTIONS
3.1 The following pertains to the digital online program ‘BODY RENEWAL & CORE CONNECTION’ only:
3.1.1 Cooling-off period (change of mind):
If before starting your program you change your mind and decide that you do not want this program, you have seven (7) days to request a full refund. No questions asked, full money back. Please allow at least ten (10) South African business days from the receipt of your cancellation request to process your refund. Access to the program will be revoked. Refund will be to your original payment method. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Please note that you forfeit this right when you access the digital program.
If this is different from any other clause in this policy, this clause supersedes that clause.
3.1.2 Money-back guarantee:
Once you access your program, you have until the end of Week 1 to request a refund. Once access to Week 2 is granted, you forfeit all rights to a refund. We want you to achieve results from this program. In light of this, once you access this program, you can only receive a refund if you submit proof that you have completed Week 1. To request a refund, submit a cancellation request by email to carmen@bridgeandbend.com. Along with this email, you need to provide either: – Feedback about each video in Week 1 (please include specific comments about your experience and engagement with each video), OR – A photograph of you doing each video in Week 1.
Please allow at least ten (10) South African business days from the receipt of your cancellation request to process your request. We will notify you of the outcome of your cancellation request by email when your request has been reviewed. If your cancellation request is approved, access to the program will be revoked. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
If you are unable to complete Week 1 for any material reason that would also prevent you from completing the program, such as but not limited to illness or injury, please submit your motivation in your cancellation request. Such requests will be assessed on the merits of each request. Refund for such a reason is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Bridge and Bend (PTY) LTD. If a refund is issued, it is strictly without prejudice and does not constitute a legal acceptance of liability in any way by Bridge and Bend (PTY) LTD.
If this is different from any other clause in this policy, this clause supersedes that clause.
4. THIS RETURN POLICY IS TO BE READ AND APPLIED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY OF BRIDGE AND BEND (PTY) LTD.

5.1 This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
