After 4 weeks you’ll confidently step into a Pilates or Yoga class, understanding your body and knowing the right form!

Getting back into exercise after injury, a period of inactivity, or a major life change can feel scary or overwhelming. This program is a simple, step by step plan to help you reconnect to your body, and to establish the movement fundamentals you’ll need for a basic yoga or Pilates class. Follow along with the program from your living room, or get together with a few friends to support each other through the transition. So you can get back to training with confidence. You deserve to feel at home and confident in your body!

Here’s what you can expect inside the program:

Pre-access to core-essentials and mindset:

  • Learn all about your core anatomy, mindset shifts, and get familiar with your spinal mobility warm-up.

4 weeks of a progressive exercise program:

  • Each week has an introduction video that will teach you some essential concepts for the week, and 2 separate workouts.
  • If you have the space in your schedule, it’s a great idea to do each workout twice in the week, which would mean a total of 4 workouts. (You’ll still learn and progress doing them just once…up to you and your schedule). Each workout is roughly 20-30mins long, building up week to week.

BONUS!

  • As a bonus at the end of the program…learn my own favourite core workout – a simple, safe, and effective core routine that you can build into your weekly fitness routine for the future. It’s as easy as a 4 point checklist…and you can either use it for a pure core workout or turn it into a HIIT workout.
